How do I return an item?

Please note the following conditions for returns:

    • All items must be returned in 'as new' condition, original packaging.

    • Shipping charges on the original order are nonrefundable.

    • We cannot accept returns on perishable products.

    • Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. This code should then be included with the returned item .

    • We recommend using a reliable insured carrier to return the item.

    • Returns must be shipped 'prepaid' to our address:
