Typographical Errors

If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that arbitration is unenforceable for a particular claim, you agree that such claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability

If any portion of this section is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
