Customer Satisfaction
At European Market Pirin, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable, refrigerated, frozen, and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned items are received, inspected, and approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, receiving the wrong or damaged item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the box and the damaged item and packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund, We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Online Orders
To start a return, please email us at pirinfoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you may ship the item back to us at your expense.
