- • Shipping charges on the original order are NOT refundable. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- • We cannot accept returns on perishable products.
- • Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. This code should then be included with the returned item.
- • We recommend using a reliable insured carrier to return the item.
